By using FeeFlow (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use FeeFlow. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to bind your institution (school, gym, etc.) to these Terms.

2. Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your PIN or Google account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information.

3. Privacy & Data Ownership

As described in our Privacy Policy, all financial and member data remains on your device or your private cloud. You retain full ownership of your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you store.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FeeFlow for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws (including data protection laws). You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App's functionality.

5. Fees & Payments

FeeFlow is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but core fee collection will always remain free for basic usage. Any changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against unauthorised access to your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FeeFlow, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹500.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
