Effective Date: 1 April 2026
Jenix ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FeeFlow mobile app and web application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use FeeFlow.
We collect only the absolute minimum required to authenticate you:
We do NOT collect, store, or ever have access to: your members' names, phone numbers, fee records, payment amounts, receipts, institution names, or any financial transaction data. All such data lives exclusively on your device, your Google Drive backup (your personal account), or your own VPS if you self-host.
All fee‑related data (members, payments, receipts, institution settings) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage (web app) or Android's internal storage (mobile app). If you enable Google Drive backup, data is encrypted and sent directly to your personal Google Drive – we have no access. If you configure your own VPS sync, data goes to your server.
If you (as admin) enable reminders, FeeFlow may trigger WhatsApp messages or SMS to your members via your device's default messaging or WhatsApp integration. We do not store or log these messages.
FeeFlow uses Google Sign-In (OAuth) and Google Drive API (with your explicit permission). These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party analytics or trackers are embedded.
You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from the "Delete Account" page. This permanently removes your phone number, name, and hashed PIN from our authentication server. Your local data (on device) must be cleared separately via app settings.
FeeFlow is not directed at children under 13. However, institutions may store records of minors – that data remains under the institution's control and is never transmitted to our servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified via the app or website.
